These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Imagn Implementation training platform (“the Service”), operated by Devdent (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Imagn Implementation is an online training platform that lets dental practice team members complete training modules, take quizzes, earn certificates, and schedule onboarding meetings.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created by invitation from a practice administrator or by Devdent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Notify us at support@devdent.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you’re not authorized to access
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to breach the security of the Service
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission
- Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights
4. Content and intellectual property
- The Service, including its training content, design, and software, is owned by Devdent or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms.
- Any links or embedded content (such as videos or documents) added to modules remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devdent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
