Devdent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Imagn Implementation training platform (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Who uses this Service
Imagn Implementation is a training platform for dental practices. Its users are dental practice team members — dentists, hygienists, office staff, and practice administrators — who complete training modules. The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the Service:
- Account information: your name, email address, role, and the practice you belong to.
- Account credentials: your password, which is stored in encrypted (hashed) form — we never store or see your actual password.
- Training data: your progress through modules, quiz results, certificates earned, and meeting scheduling activity.
- Optional profile information: a profile photo link, if you choose to add one.
- Basic technical information: standard information your browser sends when you use the Service, used to keep it working and secure.
We do not collect, store, or process patient health information. The Service is for staff training only.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Provide the training platform and track your progress
- Authenticate your login and keep your account secure
- Send you Service-related emails (invitations, email verification, password resets, and training notifications)
- Issue certificates and manage meeting scheduling
- Maintain and improve the Service
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising.
How we share your information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Within your practice: practice administrators can see the training progress and account information of members of their own practice. Platform administrators can see information across practices to operate and support the Service.
- Service providers: we use trusted third parties to run the Service — currently a hosting provider (Railway) and an email delivery provider (Resend). They process data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If your account is removed, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal reasons.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords and secure connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your choices
You can view and update your account information (name, email, password, photo) in your account settings at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us at support@devdent.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
